Wary of romance following her mother's second divorce and resisting her friends' attempts to fix her up with the hottest guy in school, Piper's life gets complicated when she receives a series of valentines from a secret admirer.  - Goodreads.com

What would you do if your birthday was on Valentine's Day and you didn't have any faith in love due to seeing men let women down, like your mother's marriages, and your own love life?  That's Piper.  This was a simple story, whose characters had simple, everyday type issues, but I just fell in love with the characters.  Piper was so well-crafted, and the dynamic between her and her friends was so real and vivid.  I loved reading their interactions.

The love story was expected but so sweet and endearing.  It developed very slowly, but when it finally happened, you were left thinking, "ahh, of course."  It was expected but then again, still managed to surprise me a bit.

This was one of those books you love to just curl up with on a Saturday afternoon and enjoy the simple, sweet struggles and light-hearted resolutions.  There were moments where I laughed out loud and it just made me feel good.  The cell phone ring tones did it to me every time.  It was so funny.

This is definitely one of those fun, feel good books that I so love by Heather Hepler.  She writes these so well, and I always love her stories.  Another great one.
